“The book is full of situations similar to those I see on a daily basis. In a very clear and dynamic manner Adriana shows us the scope and impact coaching can have when coupled with a background in psychology. This is a fantastic read for those embarking on their careers or in a moment of transition, as well as for heirs of family businesses.”

Felipe Cavalieri

“Readers have to agree that this delightful work represents an advance in a field where some tread without the appropriate sensitivity. I found the book harmoniously seasoned with the legitimacy of real experiences and a refined technique that captures our attention; easy to read while offering depths to explore.”

“This book is a compendium of life-changing experiences. I was impressed with the quality of the work. It is such a shame this didn’t come out 40 years ago, which is how long this culture has been crying out for help! We have seen so many situations that needn’t have been so taxing for so many people. Her prose is clear and objective, making for a really pleasant read!”
